Dear valued First National Community Bank customer,

As we have accomplished great milestones with the finalization of our merger with Heritage First Bank and have completed our operating systems conversion to better serve you with enhanced online and mobile banking technology, I want to personally thank you for your continued trust and support while we made these important enhancements. Our dedicated and seasoned team of banking professionals remains committed to you, our valued customer, in providing the same exemplary customer service that you have known and experienced.

We are very proud, and I would like to underscore, that we remain a locally owned community bank with all of our branches located within a contiguous footprint throughout northwest Georgia. You will continue to enjoy the same local decision making, exemplary customer service and involvement in the communities that we serve. Our northwest  Georgia branch footprint is now comprised of 10 full-service banking office locations, across 5 Georgia counties in the cities of Adairsville, Calhoun, Cartersville, Chatsworth, Dalton (2 banking office locations), Eton and Rome (3 legacy/existing Heritage First Bank banking office locations), a mortgage office in Dalton and commercial loan production offices in Paulding County, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee.

It is my honor to share the following updates with you as we continue to work to enhance your banking experience:

  • New Website: The new First National Community Bank website launched in early July and features an enhanced functionality and a new look under the First National Community Bank brand with the same domain name, www.fncbank.com. We took great pride in creating this website and incorporated photography that showcases the 7 beautiful northwest Georgia cities that our bank serves. We hope that you will take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the new website and learn more about our dedicated team and how we may assist you.
     
  • Online/Mobile Banking & Bill Pay Enhancements: We enhanced our online banking services to continue to provide you with exceptional products and services on July 19, 2021. Our team is at your service should you have any questions and we have posted important information and Frequently Asked Questions to the Alert Pane of the www.fncbank.com website.
     
  • Blog: Our inaugural blog entitled, “Savings Tips for Back to School Shopping” was posted to the First National Community Bank website under “Blogs” the week of August 2 and shared to the FNCB Facebook page. As the blogs are posted at the beginning of each month, we invite you to check back to our blog page monthly as here we will share helpful tips that will help guide you along your financial journey.
