Brandi succeeds Jennifer Hunton, who was promoted to Vice President and Retail Banking Officer in November 2024. With over 18 years of experience in the banking industry, Brandi is an established professional dedicated to providing thoughtful and trustworthy service while helping customers achieve their financial goals. She previously served as Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the FNCB Dallas branch.
Brandi began her banking career in 2006, working in various roles across several local and regional community banks, including Lead Customer Service Representative (CSR), Personal Banker, and Teller. Her breadth of experience allows her to confidently deliver expert banking advice and exceptional customer service. Brandi is passionate about developing strong, lasting customer relationships by actively listening to customer's needs and introducing them to the bank's products and services for a positive banking experience.
